Gina is a third generation Angelino raised in a family of builders, architects and real estate professionals. She has a signature style that blends classical charm with modern sophistication, which she credits to the two very different homes she lived in as a child (one that exemplified classical architecture and another that exuded a modern edge).
In 2011, she founded Gina Holz Designs after 10 years working at her family’s luxury home construction business (Richard Holz Inc). During that time, she saw an opportunity to offer more personal guidance to clients that would bridge the gap in the relationship between the builder and the interior designer. Grounded in the many aspects of the home-building process, and deeply familiar with materials and finishes, Gina leverages her diverse experiences, creativity, and passion to help people live better lives through better spaces.
Gina creates homes that enhance our clients' lives through balancing comfort, functionality, and curated elegance. She blends classical charm with modern sophistication grounded in our understanding of luxurious materials and finishes. Through partnering with some of the top architects, builders, and craftsmen, Gina works in the most exclusive neighborhoods of Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, and the Pacific Palisades.
Her design process is deeply personalized and offers a holistic approach to interior design that guides clients from concept to completion of their home. She excels at ground-up construction, extensive remodels, custom furnishings, and early-stage ideation. From the moment she meets prospective clients until she adds the finishing touches, Gina passionately learns about her clients’ lifestyle and how their home will be used. Her clients call on her year after year as their lives and needs evolve, creating opportunities for refreshing their spaces to support their new stage of life. Since no home or family is the same, each new project inspires Gina to imagine creative ways to improve lives through better design.
